As Operations Manager Nate is in charge of managing all production operations, ensuring that jobs are completed according to the highest quality and standards. Nate is an intricate part of our team with outstanding knowledge of the Restoration Industry. His attention to detail and clear explanation of the process will assist any of our clients in times of need.
David has one of our most important positions as the Priority Responder. He is the responder first to arrive on the scene to assess each disaster, communicate to our teams as to what will be needed, and initiates the start of a job as soon as possible to provide a swift completion of any size disaster that has affected your home or business. David sets the standard for client satisfaction often going above and beyond ensuring they are pleased with his services and those of his fellow crew members.
Dustin is One of Project Managers who is in charge of a specific project or projects. As the project manager, his job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project he is working on. Dustin works well with others and is an excellent communicator, we’re glad to have him as part of our team here at SERVPRO of Glastonbury/Wethersfield.

Jesus is another one of our Crew Chiefs. He’s a professional at what he does and at the same time is always lightening the mood of his crew to keep things going smoothly. He is always building relationships & providing quality customer service. We’re happy to have him here at SERVPRO of Glastonbury/Wethersfield.
Eric, another one of our Crew Chiefs is among one of our hardest workers. He is a great communicator and team leader. Mitigation could even be his middle name when he gets onto a job-site.
Leslie as a Crew Chief couldn’t be more helpful. She always works directly with her crew and keeps things on a tight schedule. She assists with administrative tasks and is always going above and beyond to ensure you return to your home or business disaster “Like it never even happened.”.
Mayra is in charge of Customer Service here at SERVPRO of Glastonbury/Wethersfield. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the table to any customer with a question. Mayra has a track record of over-achieving customer satisfaction and handles the large of incoming phone calls with ease while prioritizing and managing her time effectively. We can’t thank her enough for what she does.
As another Crew Chief, Millie communicates with customers while supervising her production crew in completing tasks to industry specifications. Millie prides herself on her abilities to provide customer satisfaction, managing equipment, and having tasks followed as directed. Her energetic character helps each project move along as swift as possible and she is always ready for the next customer.
